Я всегда́ пью ко́фе у́тром.
I always drink coffee in the morning.
Она́ иногда́ чита́ет кни́ги.
She sometimes reads books.
Я никогда́ не был в Росси́и.
I have never been to Russia.
Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Наречия частотности (Как часто?):

Никогда́ + не: Я никогда́ не был в Росси́и. (double negation!)
