Há e tem expressam existência ('there is/are') e tempo passado ('ago').

Nota importante:
- Há é invariável — NÃO muda para plural: Há muitos livros (NOT hão*).
- No BP falado, tem substituiu há quase completamente para existência.
- Para 'ago': Há dois dias = Two days ago. Faz dois dias (BP alternative).
Há vs Existe/Existem: Existem muitas diferenças (more formal/literary, DOES conjugate).
Há muitas praias bonitas no Brasil.
There are many beautiful beaches in Brazil.
Há = there are (invariable — same for singular and plural!). In BP spoken: 'Tem muitas praias...'
Há dois anos eu morava em Lisboa.
Two years ago I lived in Lisbon.
Há + time = ago. Same word as 'there is'! Context distinguishes. BP alternative: Faz dois anos.
Não há problema.
No problem. / There's no problem.
Não há = there isn't. Very common expression! Informal BP: Não tem problema.
