Check: does the verb end in -j (Class I) or consonant (Class II)?
Wrong personal ending on the verb
Review the conjugation tables for Class I (-j/-n/-n/-jmë/-ni/-jnë) and Class II
Unë punoj në Tiranë.
Ich arbeite in Tirana.
Punoj = ich arbeite (1. Konjugation, Endung -j). Në = in (Präposition).
Ata lexojnë gazetën çdo mëngjes.
Sie lesen jeden Morgen die Zeitung.
Lexojnë = sie lesen (lexoj + -në für 3. Person Plural). Gazetën = die Zeitung (Akkusativ mit bestimmtem Suffix).
Ne flasim shqip dhe anglisht.
Wir sprechen Albanisch und Englisch.
Flas (ich spreche) → flasim (wir sprechen). Dhe = und.
