Lo tengo aquí.

The book? I have it here.

La como todos los viernes.

Pizza? I eat it every Friday.

Quiero comprarlo mañana.

I want to buy it tomorrow.

Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?

Practice Exercises
Placing pronouns after conjugated verbs (*Compro lo → Lo compro). Also confusing lo/la gender. 🇬🇧 English speakers: English puts pronouns after the verb ('I buy IT'). Spanish puts them before ('Lo compro').

Lo tengo aquí.

The book? I have it here.

'Lo' replaces 'el libro' (masculine). Placed before conjugated verb.

La como todos los viernes.

Pizza? I eat it every Friday.

'La' replaces 'la pizza' (feminine). Position: before verb.

Quiero comprarlo mañana.

I want to buy it tomorrow.

With infinitive, pronoun attaches to the end: comprar + lo = comprarlo. Or: Lo quiero comprar.
