The head that means self

Three self-tools: თავს (the noun 'head' as reflexive object: ვგრძნობ თავს I feel myself), თვითონ/თავად (emphatic 'myself/himself': თვითონ გააკეთა he did it himself), and ერთმანეთი (each other). Don't mix თვითონ (self-emphasis) with თავისი (own-possession).

Dropping tavs after feel-verbs (*k'argad vgrdznob) and literal head-readings of tavi idioms.

Common Error Patterns

Omitting tavs with feel-verbs or confusing tviton (self) with tavisi (own)
