¿Por qué estudias español? — Porque me gusta.
Why do you study Spanish? — Because I like it.
¿Cuántos hermanos tienes?

Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?

'Dónde' with accent = question word. Without accent 'donde' = where (relative clause).
¿Por qué estudias español? — Porque me gusta.
Why do you study Spanish? — Because I like it.
Por qué (2 words, with accent) = why. Porque (1 word, no accent) = because. Very common confusion!
¿Cuántos hermanos tienes?
How many siblings do you have?
'Cuántos' agrees with the noun: cuánto (masc. sing.), cuánta (fem.), cuántos (masc. pl.), cuántas (fem. pl.).
