-da (in/at), -ga (to), -dan (from), -ning (of), -ni (object marker).
I can use -da, -ga, -dan and -ning to talk about places and possession.
Look at these examples. Can you spot the grammar pattern?
Men Toshkentda yashayman.
I live in Tashkent.
Biz maktabga boramiz.

Bu otamning uyi.
This is my father's house.
Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Endings glue on after the noun, one form for every word: -da = in/at (uyda - at home), -ga = to (bozorga - to the bazaar), -dan = from (Samarqanddan), -ning = of (otamning uyi - my father's house - note the double marking), -ni = definite object (kitobni o'qiyman - I read THE book).
