Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
去 heoi3 (go) and 嚟 lai4 (come)
去 + Place = go to Place / 嚟 + Place = come to Place

Rule: 去 = away from speaker, 嚟 = toward speaker.
Confusing 去 and 嚟 direction.
我去超級市場。
I'm going to the supermarket.
去 + place = going to. Simple directional statement.
你幾時返嚟?
When are you coming back?
返嚟 = come back (toward speaker). 幾時 = when.
入嚟坐呀。
Come in and sit down.
入嚟 = come in. 坐 = sit. 呀 softens the invitation.
