The three-way space system: в/на + acc. (куда), в/на + prep. (где), из/с + gen. (откуда); the в↔из, на↔с pairings
I can navigate куда/где/откуда with the consistent в-из, на-с and к-у-от pairings.

Утром на рынок, днём с рынка к бабушке, вечером от бабушки домой.
To the market in the morning, from the market to grandma's at noon, home from grandma's in the evening.
Мы летим на Камчатку; с Камчатки привезём икру и тысячу фотографий вулканов.
We're flying to Kamchatka; from Kamchatka we'll bring back caviar and a thousand volcano photos.
Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Три вопроса - три формы:

Закон пар: слово выбирает столбец раз и навсегда. На Урал - на Урале - с Урала, но в Крым - в Крыму - из Крыма. Наречия: туда/там/оттуда, домой/дома/из дома.
- Pairs crossed: *из почты → с почты (на-word)
- *к школу → к is for people; into buildings = в
