Stem + -a/-y + personal ending: ichaman, ichasan, ichadi - I/you/(s)he drink(s).

Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Take the stem, add the linking vowel -a (or -y after vowels), then the personal ending: ich-a-man (I drink), ich-a-san, ich-a-di, ich-a-miz, ich-a-siz, ich-a-dilar. Same machine for every verb: boraman (I go), yashayman (I live - note the -y), o'rganaman (I learn).
