The ne construction, the agreeing infinitive, the honorific plural for a third person, and the causative series. In the other direction, Russian verbal aspect and the six-case system have no Hindi counterpart, and translators habitually lose the perfective-imperfective distinction.
Translate meaning at the level of the clause, never the phrase. A Russian sentence rebuilt phrase by phrase produces grammatical Hindi that no speaker would write.
