The number-case system in full: 1 agrees, 2-4 nominative plural, 5+ genitive plural, and what happens in oblique cases
I can count things in all three zones and keep verb agreement right after large numbers.

Na zahrádce sedělo šest štamgastů a dva turisti.
Six regulars and two tourists were sitting in the beer garden.
Objednali jsme čtyři knedlíky a k tomu pět piv.
We ordered four dumplings and five beers to go with them.
Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Tři zóny počítání:

Sloveso po 5+ je ve 3. osobě j. č. (středně): Pět piv stálo na stole. Přišlo deset lidí. V nepřímých pádech se číslovka skloňuje a jméno ji následuje: se dvěma kamarády, o pěti pivech.
