Negation: ไม่ (not, for verbs/adj), ไม่ใช่ (not, for nouns), ยังไม่...เลย (not yet)
I can negate sentences correctly.

ผมไม่ชอบกาแฟครับ
I don't like coffee.
ผมไม่ใช่ครูครับ ผมเป็นหมอ
I'm not a teacher. I'm a doctor.
ยังไม่ได้กินข้าวครับ
I haven't eaten yet.
อย่าลืมกินข้าวนะครับ!
Don't forget to eat!

Thai has different negation words depending on what you're negating:

Using ไม่ with nouns
ไม่ = verbs/adjectives. ไม่ใช่ = nouns. 'Not a teacher' = ไม่ใช่ครู.
Using ไม่ใช่ with adjectives
ไม่ใช่ is for nouns only. 'Not good' = ไม่ดี (not ไม่ใช่ดี).
ผมไม่ชอบกาแฟครับ
I don't like coffee.
ไม่ + verb (ชอบ = like). ไม่ชอบ = don't like.
ผมไม่ใช่ครูครับ ผมเป็นหมอ
I'm not a teacher. I'm a doctor.
ไม่ใช่ + noun. For 'not a [noun]', always use ไม่ใช่, never ไม่เป็น.
ยังไม่ได้กินข้าวครับ
I haven't eaten yet.
ยังไม่ = not yet. The most Thai of responses — a classic answer to สุดยอดmakan (have you eaten?).
อย่าลืมกินข้าวนะครับ!
Don't forget to eat!
อย่า = don't (imperative). อย่าลืม = don't forget. A caring Thai expression.
