Chú ý các phần được đánh dấu. Chúng có điểm gì chung?

La perífrasis ir a + infinitivo expresa el futuro próximo — acciones planeadas o inminentes:

Personair (conjugado) + a + infinitivo
yovoy a estudiar
túvas a estudiar
él/ella/ustedva a estudiar
nosotros/asvamos a estudiar
vosotros/asvais a estudiar
ellos/ellas/ustedesvan a estudiar

Equivalente en inglés: 'going to': Voy a comer = I'm going to eat.

Uso: Planes inmediatos, intenciones, predicciones: Mañana voy a estudiar. Va a llover.

Practica (completa con la forma de ir):

  1. Esta noche yo ___ a cenar con mis padres. (voy)
  2. ¿Tú ___ a estudiar este fin de semana? (vas)
  3. Marta ___ a comprar pan. (va)
  4. Nosotros ___ a ver una película. (vamos)
  5. Ellos ___ a viajar a México en julio. (van)

Recuerda: ir (conjugado) + a + infinitivo - la a nunca se omite: voy a comer, nunca *voy comer. Otras perífrasis parecidas: empezar a + infinitivo (empiezo a estudiar), volver a + infinitivo (vuelvo a leer).

Forgetting 'a' (*Voy estudiar → Voy a estudiar). Also using ir a for ALL future (at A1, ir a is sufficient). 🇬🇧 English speakers: 'Going to' maps perfectly to 'ir a'. Very intuitive for English speakers.

Mañana voy a visitar a mis abuelos.

Tomorrow I'm going to visit my grandparents.

ir (voy) + a + infinitive (visitar). Express planned future action.

¿Qué vas a hacer este fin de semana?

What are you going to do this weekend?
