Ordinals use the circumfix me-...-e (meore, mesame); 'first' is irregular p'irveli.
I can use ordinal numbers for floors, stops, dates, and sequences.

მესამე გაჩერებაზე ჩამოდი.
Get off at the third stop.
ჩვენი ბინა მეოთხე სართულზეა.
Our apartment is on the fourth floor.
ეს ჩემი პირველი მგზავრობაა საქართველოში.
This is my first trip in Georgia.
Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Rule: მე- + numeral stem + -ე: მეორე (second), მესამე (third), მეათე (tenth). Exception: პირველი (first).
They behave like adjectives: მეორე სართული (second floor), მესამე გაჩერება (third stop).
