Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Foglalkozásnál nincs névelő: Orvos vagyok (I am a doctor — nem: 'egy orvos').
Van-kihagyás: Ő tanár (She is a teacher — no 'van').
Nők esetén -nő/-né képző: tanárnő, orvosné.

Using egy before profession
Using van in 3rd person with profession
Orvos vagyok.
I am a doctor.
No article with profession in Hungarian (unlike English 'a doctor').
Ő mérnök.
He/she is an engineer.
Van is dropped in 3rd person with professions.
A húgom tanárnő.
