Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Sorszámok: első (1st), második (2nd), harmadik (3rd).
3-tól felfelé: -dik/-odik/-ödik/-adik/-edik képző.
Dátumok: március tizenötödike (March 15th) — -a/-e/-ja/-je birtok-rag a végén.

Missing possessive suffix on date ordinal
Ez a második emelet.
This is the second floor.
Második = second; ordinals follow vowel harmony.
Január elsején születtem.
I was born on January 1st.
Date uses ordinal + possessive: első → elseje + -n (superessive).
A harmadik ajtó a folyosón.
The third door in the corridor.
Harmadik = third; -ik suffix from 3rd ordinal onward.
