Narzędnik — Instrumental Case
The instrumental (narzędnik) is used for accompaniment (z + instr.), identity (być + instr.), and tools/means.

Key uses: z bratem (with brother), jestem lekarzem (I am a doctor), jechać autobusem (go by bus), pisać długopisem (write with a pen).
Learners forget that być (to be) + profession requires instrumental, not nominative.
Jestem nauczycielem.
I am a teacher.
być + instrumental: nauczyciel → nauczycielem.
Idę z przyjacielem.
I go with my friend.
z + instrumental: przyjaciel → z przyjacielem.
Jadę autobusem.
I go by bus.
Means of transport uses instrumental: autobus → autobusem.
