Breaking the bracket legally: comparisons after the verb (besser als gedacht), heavy phrases, spoken Ausklammerung; what may leave the frame
I know what may legally leave the verbal bracket and what must stay inside.

Was darf hinter die rechte Klammer?
| Kandidat | Beispiel | Status |
|---|---|---|
| akzeptabel (Last) |
| einfache Objekte | *Ich habe gekauft das Brot. | falsch |
- Simple objects after the bracket: *habe gekauft das Brot
- Comparisons squeezed inside: als-phrases prefer the Nachfeld
