Sequencing, referring back and closing an argument

Look at these examples. Can you spot the grammar pattern?
First of all we'll have to get tickets.
On the one hand it's cheap, on the other it isn't durable.
All in all the trip was good.
Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
इस, उस and यह carry a whole previous sentence: यह सही नहीं है - this (what you just said) is not right. इसीलिए means 'that is exactly why' and points back to a stated reason.
निष्कर्ष यह है कि and कुल मिलाकर both open a conclusion; the first is formal, the second conversational.
