Can form questions using כמה, איזה/איזו, של מי, עם מי, and למה

Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?

שים לב: איזה לזכר, איזו לנקבה — חייב להסכים עם שם העצם!
Using איזה for feminine nouns (should be איזו). Translating 'why' as *מדוע in casual speech (למה is the everyday word; מדוע is formal/literary). Confusing של מי (whose) with מי (who).
English speakers: no gender distinction for 'which' in English — must remember איזה/איזו split. Ru/Cs speakers: gender-sensitive 'which' (какой/который) is familiar.
Common Error Patterns
Used איזה with a feminine noun or איזו with a masculine noun
איזה agrees with masculine nouns, איזו with feminine nouns — check noun gender first
Used wrong question word (e.g., מי instead of של מי for whose, or מה instead of למה for why)
Review the question word table: של מי=whose, עם מי=with whom, למה=why, כמה=how much/many
כמה עולה הכרטיס?
How much does the ticket cost?
כמה = how much/many. Works for both countable (כמה ילדים?) and uncountable (כמה כסף?).
איזו עיר את מעדיפה?
Which city do you (f.) prefer?
עיר is feminine → איזו (not איזה). Gender agreement is required for which/which.
של מי המפתחות האלה?
Whose are these keys?
של מי = whose (lit. of whom). המפתחות = the keys (m.pl. + ה).
