Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
(Dan writes a letter).
(I go tomorrow to Tel Aviv).
Common Error Patterns
Inverting subject and verb in questions (transferring from English/German patterns)
Placing location before time adverbial (should be time first in Hebrew)
Miriam reads a book.
(O). Hebrew basic word order mirrors English.
Do you eat at noon at a restaurant?
Yes/no question: same SVO order as statement, rising intonation at end. No verb inversion needed.
I am traveling tomorrow to Jerusalem.
Time (מָחָר) comes before place (לִירוּשָׁלַיִם). This TIME-before-PLACE rule differs from English.
