Unreal present conditions swap the connector: not თუ but რომ + subjunctive: ფული რომ მქონდეს, სახლს ვიყიდდი (if I had money, I'd buy a house). The result clause takes the conditional in -დი/-ოდი. The connector itself signals reality: tu = realistic, rom = daydream.
Using tu in unreal conditions (*tu mkondes) and indicative results (*rom mkondes, viqidi instead of viqiddi).
