Reporting speech with že/aby/jestli: tense stays as in the original (no backshift), questions and commands reported

Nepřímá řeč nemění čas původní výpovědi — mění se jen osoba:

Otázky zjišťovací → jestli/zda: Ptala se, jestli mám čas. Pokyny → aby.
- Backshift imported from EN/DE: Řekl, že *měl hlad (if he said „mám") → že má hlad
- Reported command with že: Řekl, *že mám přijít → better abych přišel
- *Ptala se, že mám čas → jestli mám čas
