4. pád u ženského rodu mění tvar, u středního rodu zůstává stejný jako 1. pád.

Pravidla:
- Ženský rod, vzor žena (-a): -a → -u (kniha → knihu)
- Ženský rod, vzor růže (-e/-ě): -e → -i (restaurace → restauraci)
- Ženský rod, vzor píseň/kost (souhláska): beze změny
- Střední rod: vždy beze změny
Přídavná jména: F: novou knihu, dobrou restauraci. N: nové město (= nominativ).
Common Error Patterns
Used wrong accusative ending for feminine noun (e.g., *knihi instead of knihu, or *restauracu instead of restauraci)
žena-type (-a): accusative -u (kniha → knihu). růže-type (-e): accusative -i (restaurace → restauraci). Consonant-final: no change.
Unnecessarily changed a neuter noun in accusative (e.g., *města instead of město)
Neuter nouns NEVER change in accusative — always keep the nominative form
Čtu zajímavou knihu.
I'm reading an interesting book.
Kniha (žena-type) → knihu in accusative. Adjective: zajímavá → zajímavou (-á → -ou).
Hledám dobrou restauraci.
I'm looking for a good restaurant.
Restaurace (růže-type) → restauraci in accusative (-e → -i). Adjective: dobrá → dobrou.
Vidím staré město.
I see the old town.
Město (neuter) stays unchanged in accusative. Neuter nouns always equal nominative in accusative.
