Кремль был построен итальянскими архитекторами в конце пятнадцатого века.
The Kremlin was built by Italian architects at the end of the fifteenth century.
Борщ варится два часа, а съедается за десять минут.
Borscht takes two hours to cook and gets eaten in ten minutes.

Выбор пассива - по виду:

| НСВ (процесс) | глагол + -ся | Дом строится. Письма пишутся. |
| СВ (результат) | краткое причастие (-н/-т) | Дом построен. Письмо написано. |
Деятель - творительный: Роман написан Булгаковым. Краткое причастие согласуется: построен, построена, построено, построены. Время - через быть: был построен, будет построен.
