I can build real conditions with double future and unreal ones with double бы.
Look at these examples. Can you spot the grammar pattern?
Если бы не навигатор, мы бы до сих пор кружили по МКАДу.
If it weren't for the navigator, we would still be circling the MKAD ring road.
Если достанем билеты, поедем на «Щелкунчика» всей семьёй.
If we get tickets, the whole family will go to The Nutcracker.
Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Две модели:

| нереальное | если бы + прош., ... бы + прош. | Если бы пошёл снег, мы бы поехали. |
«То» может открывать главную часть: Если..., то... «Раз» = поскольку: Раз ты здесь, помоги. Без «будет» в обеих частях реального условия не обойтись - русский, в отличие от английского, ставит будущее и после если.
- Present after если for future events: если *идёт снег завтра → пойдёт
- бы missing in the main clause of unreal conditions
