Это кафе, в котором подают лучшие сырники в городе.
This is the café where they serve the best syrniki in town.
Друзья, которым я доверяю, отговорили меня от этой идеи.
The friends I trust talked me out of this idea.
Pay attention to the highlighted parts. What do they have in common?
Который склоняется как прилагательное. Род и число — от главного слова, падеж — от роли в придаточном:
